Forum Post: Configuring Knowledge Article Content Editor to include drag and drop and custom styles

Hi all, I've been reading up on a method to update the content editor on the new Knowledge articles so that I can include some of our organization's previous CSS into the style drop down. I found the following article on Microsoft support outlining how to include custom template attributes in the content editor, albeit this is for the email editor in Marketing. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/marketing/custom-template-attributes#import-externally-created-html-into-the-designer Now the article noted that to switch to a drag and drop editor, you'll need to add the following code to the head tag of the HTML. The KB articles however don't have a header tag so I instead added it above the internal style html I've added to a KB article. This seems to work when I toggle back to the designer tab and I can see the new drag and drop function. I can't however add any of the drag and drop boxes into the content and when I save the drag and drop box disappears and is stripped from the HTML code. Just wanted to check with the community whether it's possible to add the drag and drop into the KB article editor. I noted that you'll need to also include div containers to map out sections where content can be dragged in and I'll also have to specify the content blocks and styles. So I've a few questions: Is it possible at all in the first place for us to improve the content editor of the KB articles If it is possible is there any blogs that outline how to setup the html tags to create a article template that I can then drag and drop content in. Alternatively if the above is not possible can I add in my custom style classes which I can specify when I add a div container to appear in the style drop-down on the more user friendly editor (see screenshot below). I was also checking whether the new Knowledge Article allowed a user to setup templates but that doesn't seem possible. I might setup some javascript on form load to add in the HTML styling in the content area of KB article when a new article is created. It would be great though if that can be done with a drag and drop functionality.
