Hi all, How can I customise the track regarding card in the Outlook App for Dynamics? My team are able to track appointments from Outlook to Dynamics, however what I want is to be able to add more fields to the card so that they don't have to come back to Dynamics later to add information. According to the information of the Microsoft website , it should be as easy as editing any other form in Dynamics. However, no such form appears on the list (see below) Can anyone shed any light?
