We are using CRM 2011 online. Ever since we installed the CRM Outlook Client (with UR 10), all of our users have been experiencing a significantly slower performance with Outlook in general. For example, Outlook takes about 30 seconds to completely launch. Before CRM was installed, it used to take 5 to 10 seconds at the most. When clicking New to send an email, it would take about 5 seconds to load the email form, where it used to be instant. We are on Outlook 2010.
Is there something we should check or adjust to address this performance issue with Outlook?
