There seems to be a lot of love using FetchXML in the online CRM community for certain things...but not what I'm after.
The most ideal would be AIF-like in that a file gets dropped off and its entity - quote or order gets imported to the appropriate contact & customer.
I've had great success using the built-in import tool however I'd like to create something more automated.
I've been looking at all sorts - extensions, plug-ins, and so forth but at the moment all I have is a headache. ;)
What are the best practices for this type of data transport? TIA! Starr
