Ah, Sorry! I misunderstood and thought you had it. This view is called the Associated View. So, when you go to the Customizations area under the Cases entity and click on Views, you will see it there. From there you just edit it and use the Add/Remove Columns feature to adjust the columns how you want them. You can drop down the list of related entities to add columns from related records such as the Account.
