Forum Post: Link to CRM from Microsoft Online Services Portal is 'Disabled'

Since I am unsure whether this is a CRM question, or an O365 question, I will be posting in both forums.

Our organization has O365 E3 Plan.

I just provisioned an instance of CRM for our organization, with licences for 5 users.

The link to CRM from within the Microsoft Online Services Portal appears to be disabled per the screenshot below:

If you try to click it. Nothing happens.

In other words, I cannot access CRM from within the Online Services Portal. This is the same for ALL my users (with licences assigned) as well.

Nor do I have a link to 'Manage' my CRM instance(s) per the screenshot below:

The only way for me to access my CRM instance is by signing into the Online Services Portal, and then pasting the following link into the browser:

https://port.crm.dynamics.com/G/manage/index.aspx

At this point I've been successful connecting everyone's Outlook to CRM...But my users cannot link to CRM from within their respective portals.

How do I enable this link?
