Forum Post: CRM 2011 - UR12: Notes section on Case form

When a case is reassigned to a new agent/owner the notes field changes the name presented beside the notes from the person who entered the notes, to the new owner of the case.

This causes trouble for the service team because they look at the notes and it helps to see who wrote the note – without having to open the note just to see the creator.

Any helps to resolve this issue?
