Hi Carl, I don't think it is possible to change the colors/ layout dynamically. Even if it can be changed dynamically based on the certain conitions [in your case based on account], browser may cache the previous version. The only think I can think of on top my head is to make multiple copies of the web pages and show/hide based on the users. I know this doesn't sound quite right but if you have few pages and few account then worth a try. Hope this helps.
