Forum Post: CRM for Outlook plugin not syncing contact to Outlook.

Hi There

One of the user's plugin is not syncing to outlook. It seems to be stuck on "checking for changes". I've tried reinstalling and reconfiguring the plugin.

The user has a lot of duplicates which have been merged in CRM. The sync needs to run to clean the duplicates from his outlook.
