Hi.
I am having some problems with the Connector for Dynamics. I am integrating NAV 2009 R2 and CRM 2011. I am using the template from Microsoft out of the box, and I am having problems with the Contact to NAV Contact Card Map.
When I create, and submit, a Contact in CRM, the Contact is created in NAV, but I still get this error. If I try to update the Contact in CRM, the integration fails (the record is not updated) and the same error is logged.
[Contact to NAV Contact Card] has encountered an error while processing key [d3addc2e-ec28-e211-a2df-005056bc04ec]. The record already exists.
When I look at the Integration Record table in NAV, I see that no record has been created for this Contact. I pasted the exported fields here below, but like I said, this is out of the box from Microsoft, so it should work, right?
I would be grateful for any help or suggestions...
