I've spent quite a bit of time conversing with MS Support on my issues and the support engineer yesterday admitted that mine was the most advanced survey he''d seen. So it would appear that if anyone is using it. it's not really to it's fullest. As I said to him yesterday I just want it to work as per the documentation! He said that there is the new 9.1 release due that should fix a lot of things.
