We have D365 (on-prem) and Exchange server online. We are providing services over the email as well to over customers. The customers sends us email at abc@example.com, it lands in CRM as an Email Activity. But when we open the Email it contain too many users in To field almost of the users that are using the Server Profile in their mailboxes and vice versa while replying to email. I tried to remove one of our test user and then sending email but it didn't sent and shows the status as Pending Send. Now the requirement is to send and received the email on aforementioned email and don't show all the active mailboxes or users in the To field. Any idea to get rid of this situation.
