Hi. I think it is the default behavior of the system. You may want to separate the BPF into two BPFs one for the custom entity and one for the order entity. Or if possible, you can move steps from custom entity into order entity so the BPF always start from order entity.

Hi, I am trying to enable an editable Sub Grid on my cases entity but it just doesn't seem to be working. I have changed the controls to editable on the subgrid and at both entity levels and it just doesn't want to work? I've managed to get subgrids working elsewhere on my CRM using the same methods. Hi All, This is my first post so forgive me if I don't follow suite. After working with CRM for 6 years, I have encountered an error that I cannot find any documentation on...I am working with D365 version 9 and I have a workflow that is failing it its most basic point, It does a check to see 'If the case Status Reasons is in progress', //do something. The error is as follows:- ApiOriginalExceptionKey Microsoft.Crm.CrmException: Entity: Incident does not have valid status code. The Status is out of the box and there are no other conditions that would cause this. Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks in advance! Jarrod.

Hi, I made the barcode scanner in ms crm, when i scan my code first barcode, then it does not capture. However, it captures in second chance. Next time i scan different barcode and it captures the previous one, again i scan this barcode, now it will capture right. In short words, i need to scan it twice to capture the record in that field.

I want to be able to display the search criteria of a saved Advanced Find in a Dashboard. I am aware that there is a generic Quick Find Search but I want to be able to populate my Advanced Find search criteria (Date of Birth = x and Last Name = x) within a dashboard and then execute the search there. As far as I can see it is only possible to have the generic Quick Find Search as a search option. The way we have configured our Quick Find has removed DOB as a criteria within it and there are no plans to change this. Thank you. CRM 2013 On Premisis.

Observed symptoms: When clicking Save of Save As button in any Advanced Find, an error message appears: "Assignee has insufficient privileges". The user was able to save custom views previously. Since the problem has appeared, the user has never been able to save a custom view anymore. The problem is observed with any entity. The user uses Internet Explorer 11. This is in Dynamics CRM 2016 on premise.
