Hi Shakti, unfortunately, we cant create input text popup using OOB functionality. Please try with custom html page.

Hi Ashok, As also mentioned above, there is no supported way "Yet" to customize the social pane (Or remove the specific activities). If you willing to unsupported (not recommended) method, you can try the JavaScript mentioned here - community.dynamics.com/.../crm-2016-social-pane-hide-add-phone-call-or-add-task-link Hope this helps.

Hi, Our company was recently brought out of bankruptcy; as a result of the financial situation, we could not justify paying for the CRM subscription. Is it possible to recover the subscription and data, by re-starting the subscription? Thanks in advance!

Have you ever used Input-output parameter in Workflow? Action is also same as workflow when you use custom assembly. Thanks

That was it, many thanks. The users couldn't see the queues they were sending as! Sounds obvious in retrospect.

Hi, The first step named "My Action" is a custom workflo activity? If yes, does it return an output parameter? If you don't see the CWA Output paramter in Assign Step then this means the CWA is not returning any output. This generaly happens if the assembly is not updated correctly. Unresgiter your custom workflow activity assembly and register it again and then see if you get the output paramter. Hope this helps.

We can create and share Power BI dashboards with other users, and similarly we can create a personal dashboard in Dynamics 365 and share it with the other users. Occasionally users like to create and share personal dashboards with other users. However, some users might report an issue where they do not see any content of Power BI reports in the shared Dynamics 365 dashboard. For example, as a creator of both Power BI and Dynamics 365 dashboard, the following screenshot shows what I saw. But once I shared the both Power BI and Dynamics 365 dashboard with another user, following is what they could see. Then as part of investigation we figured out that the affected user couldn’t see anything shared with them in Power BI either. It turns out that the user sharing the dashboard and the user that the dashboard is shared with, both need Power BI Pro licence, which is a paid licence. Without it the creator cannot share, and even if the creator successfully shares, the user being shared with wouldn’t be able to see the dashboard unless the licence is assigned to it. Once the licence was assigned to the affected user, it was able to see the reports of shared Dynamics 365 personal dashboard.

Hi guys do you have any idea what is the cause of this behaviour on the activities section on the case entity, first the user sent an email and the status of the email is completed and when i close/resolve the case it change the status of the sent email into cancelled. Thank you so much for the help.
