Hi Community:
I have set up a CRM Online system which does have the December 2012 Service Update applied to it. I have also set up a SharePoint Online site which appears to be an instance of SharePoint 2010 online (the SharePointTeamServices key is set to 14.0.0.6120).
I have successively tried both of the most recent SharePoint List Components (the one for 2010 and the one for 2013) but no matter which one I upload and activate, CRM Online insists that the List component is not installed on the site and will not configure document management.
Any ideas for me? Thanks for your help!
