Hi Ragu, This is out of box functionality in CRM to create sequence of quick create. There is no way to change it.

Hi Lu, Thanks for you mail. we are using the same filed in both BPF and on form . i have disable the recent records for the field on form but for the business process it was still showing.

Alt + S DOES NOT work for the Notes entity. You must click on Done button in the Notes section to be able to add a note to a parent record.

The SQLAccessGroup should be existing in the AD. If you re-import the Organization, do you still have the same issue?

I found the SQLACCESSGROUP and i've added the computer name and the user but didn't solve the issue. Hi Could you create a new Sec Role and copy that and see if you still get the same error?

Hi Its is mostly likely due to caching you are still having this issue. You could try on different browser/ incognito mode, and also try logging in as different user

I need to check the Email sender (from) user is a member of the regarding account team queue member before sending the email through workflow. Is there any possibility to do by using out of box functionality without using the plugin code or external plugins.

Hi Prasanth, we cannot have system workflows pre events on create,so it should be validated through plugin (Pre-Operations)

When upgrading to Dynamics 365, it’s important to be aware of any add-ons you may have. For example, we recently upgraded a system from Dynamics CRM 2015 to Dynamics 365 Online which contained Click Dimensions. The Dynamics 365 Online environment already had Click Dimensions installed. When importing a solution from CRM 2015, the following error was displayed: Translated labels for the following languages could not be imported because they have not been enabled for this organization: 1030, 1043, 1036, 1031, 1040, 1046, 1049, 3082, 1053. This is because an older version of Click Dimensions was used when developing the solution I was trying to import. Uninstalling Click Dimensions from Dynamics 365 Online and importing a copy of the older version of Click D then importing the new version again allowed my upgraded solution to import fine. What’s important to gauge from this post is that sometimes you aren’t presented with a nice error message to help you troubleshoot the issue, so it’s important to be aware of any addons and their versions so you can properly plan your upgrade to avoid such issues.

Hi Prasanth, You could create a real-time workflow that triggers on status change of email and check if the user is part of the owning team of the account and if not prevent it from sending To check if a user is part of a team, you have to write your own Custom Workflow Activity or you can use this tool Please see below for workflow steps you could create Setting the values for the CWA to check if the user is in Account Owning Team Setting the message to be displayed to the user
